2026 TERMS OF SERVICE

By booking a service at Body Align Physio you automatically agree to our Terms and Conditions listed below

Clinic Appointments

  • You will receive an SMS and Email 3 days before your appointment. This SMS/Email will ask you to confirm your time. If no confirmation is received, you will receive another SMS the day before your appointment. 

  • We understand unforeseen circumstances occur. If you wish to change or cancel your appointment you must do this outside the 24 hours to avoid a cancellation fee. Our Cancellation fee is 50% of the appointment cost within the 24 hour window. A ‘no show’ will incur a 100% of the appointment cost.

  • For any appointment booked on a Monday, you must cancel your appointment by Friday or a cancellation fee will apply. 

  • We may occasionally need to change or move appointments for emergencies. We appreciate your understanding and you will be notified via phone call or text if this happens.

Classes

YOUR CLASS

  • An initial consult if required prior to the commencement of Clinical Pilates classes. 

  • For Pilates classes please bring your grippy socks, towel and water bottle. Socks (ideally with grip) are to be worn for safety and hygienic reasons. Grippy socks can be purchased at Body Align Physio.

  • All classes are held at the Body Align Studio and all equipment is provided.

YOUR PASS

  • All classes must be prepaid and prebooked prior to attending with waiver signed. Purchase of packs and bookings can be made online or at Body Align Physio prior to attending. You will be eligible to claim your classes if you have private health after the pack is completed.

  • All classes and sessions are non-transferable and non-refundable. We do not give refunds for changing your mind.

  • The introductory offer is available to all NEW clients. The offer is available once and is non-refundable or transferable and will activate from the date purchase.

  • All class packs have a 3-month expiry and you will receive an email to notify you when your pack is due for renewal 2 weeks prior to the expiration of your pack. We do not extend passes under any circumstances. 

  • Clinical Pilates passes are for Clinical Pilates only. They are non-transferable and cannot be used by another person.

BOOKING YOUR CLASS

  • For all classes except our Physiotherapy-Led Bone Fit Strong and Pelvic Floor and Core, we highly recommend booking via the MindBody App. If you are unable to do this please call, email or visit us to book your classes.

  • We recommend booking all your classes upfront immediately after you have purchased a pack and to book into your regular class at regular time/s during the week, within the pack period. This secures your place and allows casual clients to book in available spots. It also means you do not miss out on your regular class time and you keep your regular Pilates routine. 

  • It is your responsibility to keep a track of the classes you are attending (we recommend using the Body Align Physio App to see your class pass and times).

  • If there is a class currently full and you would like to attend please place yourself on the waitlist. Our system will automatically message you as soon as a place becomes available. Please note this will occur only if you have an available pass and have put yourself on the waitlist.

  • If you are away 2 make up classes can be done within this timeframe of the current pack.

CLASS POLICY

  • We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you wish to change or cancel your class, you must do this outside the 24 hours to avoid a pass being redeemed as your cancellation fee.

  • We understand that illness can arise unexpectedly. If you are unwell, especially with contagious symptoms, please notify us as early in the day as possible. Where notice is provided promptly, your pass will not be redeemed at our discretion. Repeated late cancellations will incur fees.

  • Occasionally, your class may need to be covered by another staff member, cancelled due to staff illness or the time may need to be changed. In this situation, we will do our best to accommodate you as much as possible and will contact you with alternatives or extend your pass if required.

  • We reserve the right to cancel classes if there is not the minimum clients booked into the service. You will be notified if this occurs.

  • All exercise programs involve a risk of injury. By choosing to participate in Clinical Exercise and Group classes, you voluntarily assume a certain risk of injury.

  • I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to inform the instructor when I begin a class of any injury or other condition that might affect my ability to participate, and to inform the instructor at each class I attend. 

MEMBERSHIPS

  • Membership Direct Debits are activated on the date that you sign up and automatically renew on the same day every 2 weeks. Direct Debits are nonrefundable and are not transferable between individuals.

  • If you wish to cancel your Direct Debit payment, please give us 14 days written notice via email to admin@bodyalignphysio.com.au to stop the payments. If you wish to stop Pilates, you must complete the remaining sessions of your pack as these cannot be refunded or transferred to other clients.

  • Members must complete their allotted classes within the fortnight of allocation.

  • You may pause your membership for a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 6 weeks at any given time.

PREGNANCY AND POSTNATAL

  • If you are pregnant and feeling well then you may join into our group reformer classes after a women's health assessment. If significant modifications are required, then a clinical class may be suggested by the physiotherapist at your assessment. 

  • If you are less than 6 months postpartum you must have a women's health assessment prior to joining a class.

PHOTOGRAPHS/VIDEOS/SOCIAL MEDIA

  • Unless Body Align receives written notification to the contrary, by booking into a class at it is assumed that you give permission for Body Align to take photographs and videos in a class setting. It is also assumed that you give permission for said photos/videos to be used for promotional and advertising purposes, including but not limited to print media, marketing or promotional material online, or Body Align website and social media. We thank you for your help in providing much valuable promotional material for our small business.

GENERAL

  • I authorise Body Align to use supplied email address when appropriate.

  • I authorise Body Align to opt myself (the client) in for reminders, marketing and integrations for SMS and email.

  • Body Align Physio does not assume responsibility for any lost or stolen personal property. If you do become the victim of a theft, immediately report it to a Body Align Physio staff member.
